5. The Avengers Need To Defeat A Villain Who's Actually Threatening
The majority of the villains in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date have been very underwhelming in terms of their power levels. The Avengers was no exception; the Chitauri provided very little physical threat to the likes of Black Widow, Hawkeye and Captain America, so how audiences were meant to see them as a believable threat to Iron Man, Thor and Hulk is baffling. This time around, in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, audiences want to see a villain who is actually a threat. Ultron should be physically capable of taking blows from the Avengers' biggest hitters and his drone army should be more than just pointless fodder who look a bit evil. Every suggestion appears to be that Ultron will be a worthy foe, but it won't be confirmed until the movie finally hits.
