9. A Dark Tone

This may seem like an obvious request, but after the massive success of the generally light-hearted MCU, it would be clear to see why DC may decide to tone down the often-dark Batman.

Giving the film a darker tone would help get the magnitude of Batman’s situation across to the audience, with the villain, whoever that may be, being able to have all their crimes shown in brutal detail on the big screen; while also keeping true to the classic Batman we all love from the comics.

In the recent Justice League, Bruce was already being portrayed as a slightly more jovial character and while this could continue to work in Reeves' movie, let’s hope he doesn’t become the Spider-Man of DC.
