10. There'll Be A Female Robin

The Rumour

The same Reddit leaker who suggested that Batman will pull on "militarised" armour in The Batman also dropped the absolute doozy that the plan was to introduce Robin, but that it would be a female version.

Other linked rumours have suggested Jason Todd and Dick Grayson might have been previous Robins by the time we meet Reeves' Batman.

Response

A Robin wouldn't be a bad idea and neither would going with Carrie Kelley, but it seems Reeves might be going with an early-career Batman, rather than one who's already operated long enough to lose two Robins already. So that would seem to pour some doubt onto the situation.

It's still definitely a welcome idea - not least because of what it would mean both to innovation and representation - but it's a little unlikely for now.
