The Best Moment Of Every James Bond Film - Ranked

19. A View To A Kill: Golden Gate Bridge

Daniel Craig Casino Royale
MGM/UA

Goofy, dull and devoid of any energy or imagination, A View to a Kill is arguably the worst James Bond film to date, but it certainly ends in style.

The final fight between Bond and main villain Max Zorin (Christopher Walken) takes place on the top of the Golden Gate Bridge and this makes for a nail-biting and truly frightening finale. If you're scared of heights, you'll find yourself nearly unable to watch.

Even if you're not though, this is still absolutely palm-sweating stuff. Although the presence of Stacey Sutton (Tanya Roberts), the film's ghastly Bond Girl, drags it down a bit, Max Zorin, who is a great villain, makes up for that.

This is one of the scariest Bond fight scenes and it gets every ounce of tension out of this superb location. It is a bit of a shame this comes at the very end of the movie though, since it's the only particularly strong scene from A View to a Kill.
