The Community Movie: 10 Things We Want To See

When you think about the creative hand of Community, it's easy to go straight to Dan Harmon. But, it's safe to say that without the incredible Russo Brothers, the series would never have become what it was. The pair acted as executive producers for the show and directed some of its best episodes. Thus, they've got to come back to their roots, back to Greendale.

Anthony and Joe Russo departed the show after season three and went on to pursue other projects, becoming megastars in Hollywood thanks to their ascension to the heights of Marvel's Avengers series. So, the brothers left the series, and it suddenly declined in quality. Hmm, coincidence?

Naturally, the fall of Community's last three seasons can't be tied down to just the departure of the Russos, as there were plenty of other issues. However, there's no denying that their guiding hand was integral to making the show a success, so there's no reason to believe that wouldn't be the case with the movie too.

The directing chair for the flick is currently being shared between Dan Harmon and Andrew Guest. Still, the Russo Brothers need to be on board, whether as producers, writers or even just consultants.
