The Contract trailer

80228840_7950928ffe_m.jpgFilmstalker have got the heads up on yet another trailer, this time for The Contract. The movie stars the consistently great John Cusack and Morgan Freeman together for the first time on screen. In the film, Cusack plays father on a family vacation when he gets caught in the middle of a contract killing to be pulled off by an assassin. The assassin will be played by Morgan Freeman. Yes you heard right, Morgan Freeman as the bad ass villain. That's gotta be worth the ticket price alone! You can see the trailer over at Worst Previews, but it's of really crappy quality that is quite hard to hear. The trailer itself is terrible aswell. Too many jump cuts and it seems like the director has just hacked together any footage from the film into a 90 second package.... not worrying about it making any sense or actually making the film look good. Still I'm interested in seeing it. The talent involved and the chance to see Morgan Freeman turn to the dark side has to be worth seeing? Unless you live in Germany (out on March 22nd) then there is currently no release date that I could find on the movie, which would lead me to believe that this trailer has possiby been leaked before it's actually finished. source - worst previews, filmstalker
