3. What Has Batman Been Up to for the Last Eight Years?
Batman barely rests, he doesnt stop pursuing the mission and hes obsessed with catching criminals. So whats he been up to for eight years? After all in the comic books Batman faces down homicidal super-villains as part of his daily pre-breakfast routine (although his day usually begins after dark so I guess itd be supper). We appreciate the fact that Nolans Batman is a little more restricted than his comic book likeness but still; thats eight whole years of crime fighting and presumably further training. Surely thats got to hone a brothers skills right? I mean his entire pre-Bat training period was supposedly only fifteen years and look what that did for him. So where is he now? What new gadgets has he engineered? What new skills has he picked up in the near decade hes been operating as the Caped Crusader?
