The Dark Knight Trilogy: 15 Best Moments

15. I'm Batman

After an eight year wait to see The Caped Crusader arrive back on our screens, we were reintroduced to a different style of Batman. A combination of violence and stealth were exhibited in a superb set piece, showing Batman take down a gang of Falcone's thugs at the docks, without being seen until the final moments, when he pulls the crime boss out of his car by the throat. "What the hell are you?" Falcone asks? "I'm Batman." replies the terrifying Bale, before unleashing a headbutt. He's back.

14. Team-Up

While the Dark Knight Trilogy is different in tone to the previous films and comics, Nolan put some classic comic action into the third one. With Selina Kyle cornered on a rooftop, our hero arrives on the scene to prove that, when it comes to beating up goons with your bare hands, nobody beats Batman. The two proceed to lay down an expertly choreographed set of moves to take down the gang, trading off quips and working together in a quite beautiful fashion.
