5. Catwoman

Catwoman was brilliant in Rises, and Anne Hathaway portrayed her fantastically, but in my opinion she came out with too many "funny" lines whereas the other villains were more typical baddies. Catwoman was also meant to be the anti-hero and not the main villain, so that's why she's a lot lower on this list, as I didn't want to put her so high up when compared to the others she's technically not as "bad". But she was still great in the film, and the character was so much better that Tim Burton's version for me. Yes, Burton's Selina Kyle was more of a villain, but in the comics Catwoman has always had a soft spot for Batman, which wasn't entirely shown in the film (Batman Returns) until the end.
