The Dark Knight Trilogy: Ranking The Villains

1. The Joker

Was there any doubt? Let's not beat around the bush; he was unbelievable. Simple as. He stole practically every scene he was in, came out with many great lines, and kept up the "dark" tone of the film brilliantly by portraying a more vicious Joker who wasn't afraid of breaking the rules. Heath Ledger won countless awards (including a posthumous Oscar) for this, and if he didn't it would have been robbery of the highest order; if you haven't seen The Dark Knight and have doubts about Ledger's performance, watch it and judge for yourself and then ask, were we lying? No, it's as basic as that. The Joker was already one of the most famous comic book villains because he was simple but pure evil all at the same time, and Ledger has taken that to a whole new level. R.I.P. Heath, you went out with a bang. So thanks for reading, do you agree with this list, disagree? Sound off in the comments.
