The Flash: 24 WTF Moments

12. Bruce Wayne Is An Old (But Badass) Recluse

The Flash Ezra Miller
Warner Bros.

With Bruce Wayne being the only approachable superhero in this timeline, the Barrys head to Wayne Manor in order to seek his assistance.

Upon entering the property, they explore his kitchen and are suddenly attacked by Bruce, who couldn't look further from the dapper, suited-up version of Michael Keaton's Batman from the two Tim Burton films.

Here the long-retired Bruce has long, grey hair, a huge scraggly beard, wears frumpy clothes, and walks around Wayne Manor wearing flip-flops, because why the hell not? Dude's retired.

Bruce puts up a solid fight against both Barrys, showing he hasn't lost a step in his older age - though Keaton's face is notably not visible throughout the entire fight sequence, conveniently masking his stunt double's appearance.

After the fight, Bruce rejects the Barrys' attempt to recruit him for their cause, but once they break into the Batcave and start fanboy-ing out, he decides to extend a helping hand.
