22. The Lasso Of Truth Trolls Bruce & Barry
We shouldn't forget that Batman (Ben Affleck) helps Barry take care of business in this scene, and once the babies have been saved, Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) also appears to help mop up the remaining bad guys.
This leads to an amusing gag where Bruce and Barry both end up with the Lasso of Truth unknowingly wrapped around them.
The Lasso reveals Bruce's most egotistical thoughts about his own superiority, as well as his feelings about his unresolved trauma re: his parents, and his ambivalence over not using his money to help solve poverty.
As for Barry? He says that he knows what sex is but hasn't ever experienced it, revealing him to be a virgin.
Once Diana leaves the scene, a thoroughly embarrassed Barry tells Bruce that sex was a "metaphor for gothic literature" - a claim that Bruce soundly dismisses.
