In the very least, fans are sure to be left satisfied by the lively, emotional performances of the animated film's most beloved songs, from Part of Your World to "Under the Sea," a wonderfully hammy turn from Melissa McCarthy as she belts out "Poor Unfortunate Souls," and of course "Kiss the Girl."

Sure, it would be unrealistic to expect these new renditions to match or even exceed the originals, but it's clear that the cast and crew cared about getting these songs right and capturing their iconic essence.

For as mediocre as long stretches of this movie are, at least they're periodically punctuated by some truly spirited performances of certified Disney bangers.
