7. Timothy Olyphant Was A Runner-Up For Iron Man

Robert Downey Jr absolutely owned the Iron Man role, but somewhere out there lies an alternate reality where a different actor stepped into Tony Stark's shoes.

That actor was very nearly Timothy Olyphant, who recently starred in The Book Of Boba Fett, but is perhaps best known for playing Marshal Raylan Givens on FX's Justified.

Olyphant got quite far into the Iron Man casting process (he reached the audition stage) before he ultimately lost the role, and Downey Jr went on to make it his own.

Olyphant as an Iron Man variant in Multiverse Of Madness... any takers?

He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
