7. Sati's Tragic Backstory
Though she ultimately only had a small(ish) role in The Matrix Revolutions, it was neat to see Neo reunited with an older version of the exile program Sati (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), who helps spearhead the mission to retrieve Trinity from the real world in the third act.
But first, Sati explains her rather tragic backstory, namely the fate of her parents, both of whom we met briefly in Revolutions.
As it turns out, her father designed the Anomaleum's resurrection pods which Neo and Trinity were imprisoned within, much to his regret.
Sati's father then transferred the schematics of the Anomaleum to Sati so she could one day help affect their escape, though the Analyst found out and had both of her parents purged from the Matrix.
For a character who could've easily been left out of Resurrections altogether, this was actually a pretty sweet reunion all things considered.
