Yvonne Strahovski's character, Emily McKenna, is the mother of Rory and ex-wife of Quinn. She hasn't appeared in much of the released footage so far, so its unknown how significant the character is.
She did, however, make her debut in the film's final trailer where she wasn't at all phased by the fact that government agents wanted to speak about her ex-husband.
As she isn't part of the Predator-hunting team, Emily is already more likely to survive than the vast majority of the characters. She will likely spend the film worried about Quinn and Rory and will be reunited with them at the end. For that reason alone, her death is highly unlikely.
