2. Yes, It's Definitely R-Rated

With all of the recent talk about reshoots extensively reshaping The Predator's third act, it wouldn't have surprised anyone if a nervous Fox also forced Shane Black to retool the movie for a PG-13 rating in post-production.

The new teaser, however, ensures that the planned R-rating is still very much in tact, with a brief glimpse of a Predator using one of its Shuriken-like weapons to slash a soldier's throat, complete with a healthy squib of blood.

While it's a shame that this is the only real instance of blood-letting in the entire teaser, it's still emphatic confirmation that the movie won't be sanitised in post-production, no matter the issues it's having.
