20. The Avengers - The Awe-Inspiring Action Scenes
Admittedly the novelty has worn off a bit in the years since its release, but The Avengers remains a stunning superhero epic that brought the iconic team to life in a beautiful manner.
In terms of the best thing in the film, it's tempting to go for Joss Whedon's hilarious script but since the film's actual story is fairly basic, it feels fairer to select the film's absolutely mind-blowing action sequences.
The action is superbly choreographed, brutally suspenseful and just exhilarating to watch. The aircraft carrier battle and the Battle of New York are two of the greatest set-pieces in MCU history.
The Avengers is a masterful action spectacle and thanks partly to this, it's one of the best superhero movies of them all.
