The Suicide Squad: Every Actor Who Also Appeared In The MCU

3. David Dastmalchian

Polka-Dot Man seems like the least likely character to ever be the stand out of any film, being an obscure Batman villain with the power to shoot Polka-Dots.

However, David Dastmalchian gives layers to this joke character, making us both laugh at him and feel for him. Every time he pictures his enemies as his mother, it's hard not to burst out laughing, yet this character quirk is also a sad indicator of what Abner has been through. Though his death in the film's climax is played for laughs, it's truly sad to see Polka-Dot Man fall.

The Suicide Squad is far from Dastmalchian's first time in a comic book property. He has also appeared in The Dark Knight, The Flash, and the Ant-Man films as Kurt, Scott Lang's literal partner-in-crime. Kurt's skills as a hacker came in handy in both Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp, and he provides great banter throughout both films, especially with Lang, Luis, and Hank Pym.

Marvel or DC: Though it causes this Ant-Man obsessed writer physical pain not to give Marvel's minuscule masterpieces all the love in the world and more, Polka-Dot Man is just too good to pass up.
