The Sundance darling, 500 DAYS OF SUMMER, gets wicked trailer!

During Darcy Breslin's OWF coverage from the Sundance Film Festival she called the romantic comedy 500 DAYS OF SUMMER her absolute favourite film from the dozens she witnessed in Park City. Directed by commercials helmer Marc Webb, the movie follows greeting card copyrwriter Tom (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and his 500 days together with Summer (the absolutely gorgeous Zooey Deschanel). The movie is said to jump around the various dates of their relationship and although that sounds very conventional, it's the performances, the soundtrack and the amazing writing that put this film on a whole different level. Straight from the first glimpse of the trailer, you get a feeling of freshness in the rom-com genre that we probably last saw in JUNO. This could easily be one of my favourite movies of the year if it lives up to this trailer.
