The World’s End: 10 Reasons to Be Excited

1. It€™s Completely Intriguing

As with Shaun of the Dead, and with Hot Fuzz, the idea of The World€™s End is just so€intriguing. Maybe it€™s because so little is known at this stage, combined with Pegg/Wright€™s proven track record of awesomeness, but there€™s something quite indefinable about this project that fills me with wonder and excitement. During the road to each previous title in the Three Flavours trilogy I felt quite the same. And when I finally did see the previous movies, I was, as were many of you, completely blown away. Well, I€™m enthralled again. Even though there really are few details to speak of, it€™s clear that when Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright get together, magic happens. What that magic will entail exactly, who knows. But know that it will entail magic. I€™m excited. Very excited. And if you like British comedy, hell, if you like comedy at all, you should be too. So, there are our ten reasons you should be excited for The World€™s End (as if you needed €˜em). Anything you€™d like to add? Why not throw us a comment or two?
