The Worst Moment Of Every James Bond Film - Ranked

9. The World Is Not Enough - Christmas Jones Trying To Sound Like A Scientist

The World Is Not Enough

The World is Not Enough is a good and underrated James Bond film, but it does have some bad scenes and all of them have one thing in common: this appalling Bond Girl.

Horrendously played by the wooden-as-a-Viking-longboat Denise Richards, Christmas Jones is a poorly-written Bond Girl with no chemistry with Bond whatsoever. She's a character so bad she nearly ruins the whole film single-handedly.

The ending joke ("I thought Christmas only comes once a year") is terrible too, but that might make you laugh in an ironic way, so with this one the worst moment is whenever Denise Richards tries to act like a scientist.

In any scene where she does any scientific talk, she sounds like a stoned teenager and couldn't be less believable if she tried, making her possibly the least-convincing scientist in film history. It's truly, truly excruciating to watch.
