If this movie depicts Hel, then it absolutely must introduce Hela as well. Hela is the daughter of an earlier incarnation of Loki and was designated by Odin as the goddess and ruler of the spirits of the dead when she reached mature age. She is the goddess of death in the same way that Thor is the god of thunder and Loki is the god of mischief and is an outright villain, despite the fact that Hel itself isn't an inherently evil place. She has conspired with Loki on more than one occasion and her actions have brought her in to conflict with numerous heroes in the comics who are featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as the Hulk and Tony Stark. It would be very cool to see her ruling over Hel in the next Thor movie.
