4. He Still Falls For That Trick Loki Pulls All The Time
In the Avengers, Loki is locked up nice and tight in an elaborate prison on board S.H.I.E.L.D's giant flying base. That's until he gets out, of course, because there's obviously some cunning reason why he got himself captured in the first place. Thor goes down to the prison area to see his brother standing in the doorway of his cell. Never one to stop and think, Thor decides to take his brother head-on by rugby tackling him. However, Loki has just projected an image of himself in front of the door and Thor goes straight through him and ends up locked inside the cell. This would be embarrassing enough if it was the first time Loki had used this trick. But he's used the exact same ruse again and again he used it in the first Thor film in order to sneak up and stab Thor on the Bifrost bridge. Hell, Loki probably used it every time they played hide and seek as kids. He's used it so often that even Loki himself is surprised it worked; 'Are you ever not going to fall for that?' he asks Thor. You would have thought Thor would have learnt by now. Hopefully being ejected in a free-wheeling capsule from 30,000 feet up and nearly smashing to his death will have taught him his lesson.
