8. Miek Is Getting A New Look...And Is Female!
Miek has a much larger role in the comic books as he's able to speak and is ultimately revealed as the one who causes the explosion that kills The Hulk's lover on "Planet Hulk" (which results in the Jade Giant declaring war on Earth's Mightiest Heroes). The movie version is a little more comical, however, and that doesn't look set to change in Thor: Love and Thunder.
In some downright bizarre concept art shared by Taika Waititi, we've learned that he is actually a she and that Miek is going to be decked out in some badass armour the next time we see her in the MCU.
As if that wasn't crazy enough, an additional piece showed Miek in a blazer and pencil skirt, so something tells us the character will have a very different part to play in the Thor: Ragnarok sequel. It's too soon to say what that might be, but she's clearly taking on some sort of very important role in New Asgard, and there's probably a lot more to her than we ever suspected!
