3. Thor Adopts Gorr's Daughter, Love
And so, the film ends with Thor moving on from Jane by becoming a father - that is, adopting Gorr's daughter Love as his own.
Cue a cute sequence where Thor cooks her pancakes, she acts out using her powers - including damaging a frying pan and painting Mjolnir with pretty colours - before the pair head out together as father and daughter. Thor wields Mjolnir while Love rocks Stormbreaker.
In those final moments, as Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child o' Mine" plays us out, Korg's narration confirms the true meaning of the movie's title, Love and Thunder being, well, Love and Thor.
It's certainly an unexpected new chapter for Thor, though it of course remains to be seen whether or not he's saddled with a kid for the remainder of his MCU tenure, or if he just dumps her off at New Asgard whenever it's convenient for the story.
