Tim Burton's Batman Forever: Best Dark Knight Movie Never Made?

While Burton always wanted Riddler as the main antagonist, like Batman Forever, Two-Face was rumored to be the second villain. Billy Dee Williams played Harvey Dent in Batman. Williams is known for saying he really wanted to play Dent's alter ego Tw0-Face in a later film. Tommy Lee Jones ultimately played the part in Batman Forever. The part of Dent was actually in an early draft of Batman Returns, basically serving Max Schreck's (Christopher Walken) purpose in the film. As you may remember, Catwoman electrocuted Schreck at the end of the film. If it had been Dent, the electrocution would have resulted in the birth of Two-Face, giving the character a segway in to the third film. Like Riddler, I imagine Williams' performance wouldn't have been as goofy as Jones'. I see Williams giving a much more sinister and subtle take on the character. The problem with Batman Forever was that Carrey and Jones were both hammy in their performances. Two-Face should have been the straight man to Carrey's more manic Riddler.
