9. Mr BigFilm: Live and Let Die Whether you call him Dr Kananga or "Mr Big", this super villain was pure evil. By attempting to increase the number of heroin addicts in the world by driving other drug cartels out of business via a free-of-charge cache of the drug, Mr Big hopes to monopolise the worlds heroin market and is only thwarted when his poppy fields are destroyed. He eventually meets his grisly end when Bond rams a compressed gas capsule down his throat, causing him to explode. That'll teach you to take drugs.
