Top 6 Fast And Furious Villains

1. Owen Shaw - Fast And Furious Six

Owen Shaw Fast and Furious 6 just blew me away, from the effects to the storyline and especially because of Luke Evans who did a magnificent job ob portraying the greatest villain in the Fast and Furious franchise, Owen Shaw. If a man as ruthless as Luke Hobbs is coming to your door, asking for your help to bring down a villain and his crew, you know he is no pushover and that is exactly what Shaw is not. He shows no hesitation in destroying anything he pleases, he remains one step ahead of everybody else and he has the guts to do whatever, whenever he wants, such as unleashing a tank on the freeway and demolishing whatever gets in his way. Shaw is by far the most dangerous villain yet, he is competent, cunning, and charismatic; and he even has a crew who are not complete idiots, they know what they are doing and specialize in their own specific area; you could say they are just like Dom and his crew as they are very similar. As I€™ve said, you want to hate a villain, when you hate him and want him to die, but want him to stay on your screen at the same time; at that point you know he is doing a good job because you want him dead; and for me and many other fans from what I have seen and read; they too believe Luke Evans stole the show in the latest instalment. For me, it was his gleeful rampage on the freeway which made me root for his demise even more, and is extremely different to the remaining five villains, he is a totally new kind of threat. He comes from a different place, he comes from the military, he is special ops, paramilitary trained and is elite, he has been trained to such a high level in so many things which make him look invincible even for his smaller size. We get a great background on Shaw, something which has been lacked amongst other villains and that is what makes Owen Shaw seem more different in the best ways possible. Shaw is using everything he has learnt against Dom and the family; it has put him in a much higher bracket as a threat than the other people who have been a threat to them. He is the most intelligent so far, very quick, very fit, he has money but doesn€™t squander it like Verone and Reyes, because his motives are very different to them and that of Dom€™s because they have a family and they have integrity, whereas Shaw can replace anyone in his team and it would not matter to him in the slightest. When somebody works in that mentality, that makes a dark force and a dark threat, it does make them a very good villain and due to his background as a former Special Air Service Soldier; it makes him the most difficult villain yet for Hobbs, Brian and Dom to bring down. When you look at him and his size, you may think he is a pushover, but you cannot forget how intelligent he is, very precise in the execution of anything he does, always one step ahead of everyone else and it frustrates everyone as to why he always manages to escape just before they catch him; again, he may be small in frame compared to the likes of Dom and Hobbs, but he is trained in martial arts as we can see towards the conclusion of the film, he uses a lot of forms of fighting that others are not familiar with. So he uses all of these aspects to become a physical threat to even the biggest of men in the film because he uses whatever he knows to the best of his ability. For me and many other fans he is now the best villain from the franchise.
