TOP TEN: Fictional Presidents of the United States

1. PRESIDENT JAMES MARSHALL

As seen in AIR FORCE ONE (Played by HARRISON FORD) €œGet off my plane€€'Harrison Ford is the President of The United States€™. AIR FORCE ONE was a lesson to all in how to keep a tagline simple and to the point. As President James Marshall, Harrison Ford is faced with quite a predicament; terrorists have inexplicably taken control of Presidential jet Air Force One, even worse they€™re led by a rather nasty Gary Oldman. After fooling everyone into thinking he€™s been evacuated in an escape pod Marshall proceeds to pick off the Soviet terrorists one by one, Indiana Jones would€™ve been proud. With his loyal Vice-President played by Glenn Close taking care of political matters on the ground, Marshall heads into a bloody showdown with Oldman€™s ruthless terrorist, from which he emerges victorious, leaving himself just enough time to escape the plummeting Air Force One unaided on a rope-line to a rescue jet. James Marshall is definitely the toughest President on this list and in my view quite rightly deserves his spot at the top of the list. What do you think of the list? Who deserves to be higher? Who should be bumped a few places? Which glaring omissions have I made? €And who is your favourite fictional screen president?
