Trailer: Woody Allen's Cannes 2011 Opener MIDNIGHT IN PARIS

The trailer for Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris has given be five reactions; 1) It's dissapointing that such a middling looking movie is going to be the big opening night showcase of Cannes in May. 2) That it's completely going to be Michael Sheen's movie. His bearded (a great look for him) pretentious asshole who knows it or at least, thinks he knows it, is going to be the highlight and the only memorable about the thing except... 3) Allen's beautiful photography of Paris. The movie is going to look great but we knew that anyway. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYRWfS2s2v4 4) Owen Wilson is completely jarring in a Woody Allen movie and doesn't work one jot here. 5) Character actor Kurt Fuller should get more high profile work and if they ever do get around to making Ghostbusters 3 (he appeared in the second movie), he must have a role. Woody Allen's new movie opens May 11th in Cannes.
