While both characters played a large part in the original film, neither Yori or her creator Lora showed up in the sequel, though the latter, like Roy Kleinberg, did pop up in the marketing campaign surrounding the film. Considering her marriage to Alan Bradley, Lora could easily show up in Tron 3 by his side at work or at home, with her "real world" status providing an easy opportunity for the character to fit right in. As for Yori, however, her existence is up in the air, having had no part to play on-screen after the downfall of the MCP and not even being a founding member of Kevin Flynn's Grid. Going forward, reuniting Tron with his romantic interest could help flesh out the series' titular character and give him another tether back to the program he used to be, especially in the wake of his time as Rinzler, though even a reference to her could provide some much-needed clarity to her MIA status.
