10. Isaac / Blue Symbiote Host

Isaac (Jared Bankens) has a small but significant role in Venom, serving as the first "official" test subject for one of the symbiotes, the implication being that he's been scooped up off the street and made to sign a consent form he doesn't fully understand.

The symbiosis fails, of course, killing Isaac and setting up the notion that the symbiotes can only bond with certain humans, such as Eddie. His death scene ultimately feels a bit Bond villain-lite, but the grotesque nature of his demise at least helps quickly elevate Drake's ruthless savagery.

Despite what you might be expecting, Isaac isn't based on a minor comic book character, but appears to be an entirely unique creation for the film.
