Venom Spin-Off Movie: 5 Ways To Ensure It Won't Be Terrible

1. Carnage Needs To Be In It

Who the hell doesn't want this? You thought Venom was bad? He's a choir boy compared to Carnage - A CHOIR BOY, I say! Arnie quotes aside, Carnage is yet to taste the silver screen, and this is the perfect opportunity to finally make it happen. If Spidey isn't around and Venom is to be our protagonist, then who better to be the thorn in his side than his own offspring? Carnage's size is deceiving, as Cletus Kasady is fully bonded with his symbiote. Since the symbiote itself grew in a foreign environment (Earth), he is stronger, faster, and pretty much just flat-out better than Venom. This could make for truly awesome viewing, as Venom will be forced to be more resourceful when he goes toe-to-toe with a much stronger foe, kind of like General Zod vs. Superman but with less loud screams and product-placement. Also: if you introduce Carnage to this universe, then he can feature in the future Spider-Man films. Now don't you try and tell me that the thought of seeing Spidey and Venom team up to fight Carnage doesn't make you salivate more than Season 4 of The Wire ever did (hey, it's a great show). So there you have it: 5 things that I think need to be done in order to avoid a total disaster with the Venom spin-off.
