18. Strip Nude for Your Killer (1975)
A tale of murder, sex, betrayal and perverse goings on at a modelling agency, Strip Nude for Your Killer is an entertainingly sleazy Giallo entry which is mild on the mind. Considering the calibre of its director - Andrea 'Nights of Terror' Bianchi - it is a pretty good film, but hardly Argento-esque. It boasts a bevy of Euro starlets - Edwige Fenech, Femi Benussi and Erna Schurer - in states of undress to ogle at. The identity of the murderer doesn't take a genius to work out but there is a cool funk score to groove on down to. It is pretty much the template set down by Bava and Argento set in stone. Some have suggested it had influence on the American Stalk and Slash genre. As for critical reception, critics either seem to love it or hate it. I will leave you, dear viewers to decide for yourselves.
