Watch THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Teaser Trailer Now In HD!

Watch it now in 1080p, frame by frame to unlock all of it's mysteries if you like!!

Updated: Finally Warner Bros have released the official trailer and in High Quality so us non-Harry Potter fans can finally catch up; As we suspected it might, a bootlegged but decent quality (considering) teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises has made it's way online. Watch it now below if you can't wait until tomorrow night's midnight showings of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 where it will be attached obviously in HQ. I imagine Warner Bros are going to be playing cat-and-mouse with bootleggers for the next few hours as they try and stop the trailer from spreading further but as we all know, once the paste is out of the tube, it don't go back in. They would be better off just releasing a HQ trailer on Apple and just be done with it now, show off Christopher Nolan's work the way it should be seen - in the best quality possible. It's not like they need the exclusivity of the trailer to sell any more Harry Potter tickets tomorrow night or throughout the weekend! Some thoughts and questions I had on the trailer from the one viewing I managed to get in before it went down; 1) There can be absolutely no illusions now (not that many of us had any) that this tale doesn't go back to the beginning of this film saga. There'll be a heavy influence from Batman Begins and it's consequences will vibrate over to The Dark Knight Rises. 2) I felt for a few minutes like I was back in 2004/05, viewing the Batman Begins trailer for the first time - almost not believing that we were getting a Batman origin story told the right way! 3) The theme of the next Batman movie has an awful lot to do with the title of the movie. It's all there in the title. 4) The CGI shot of the camera panning up from the skyscrapers in the officially released poster and rising up to the heavens through a Batman logo was a delight. A well thought out and memorable marketing image and I'm sure we are going to see a lot of that over the coming year. 5) The shot of Bane was way too brief and I need to see it again but it looked like he was wearing what I can only describe as a Shredder mask! 6) Did the trailer end with Hans Zimmer's new score? Surely not as he won't have started working on it yet? No, no - it sounded more to me like the score from Se7en! Am I wrong? 7) I'm more insanely excited now for The Dark Knight Rises than I ever thought I could be. Can't believe it's a year away! WHAT'S YOUR REACTION TO THE DARK KNIGHT RISES TEASER TRAILER???Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman and Nestor Carbonell (as the Mayor of Gotham) all return with new faces being Anne Hathaway (Catwoman), Tom Hardy (Bane), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Donald Blake, a cop), Marion Cotillard (Miranda Tate, an employee of Wayne Enterprises), Juno Temple (probably Holly Robinson, a young girl on the streets of Gotham who Catwoman takes in), Josh Pence (a young Ra€™s Al Ghul in flashbacks) and more. The Dark Knight Rises is due July 20th, 2012.
