Wes Craven: Every Movie Ranked Worst To Best
20. The Hills Have Eyes Part II
Considering the lasting impression that The Hills Have Eyes has made on the horror community, this sequel is absolutely dire.
Trying too hard to link back to his original seminal work, The Hills Have Eyes 2 is riddled with flashbacks to the point even the dog has a profound memory moment - a consequence of building two thirds of a film and fleshing the rest out with archive footage.
There isn't that much more to say about this movie other than it's bad. That it's also been disowned by all involved is indication enough of the quality of this return to the mutant nightmare. Avoid.
