What Captain Marvel's Cast Look Like In The Comics

9. Bron-Char

In The Comics:

Bron-Char is actually a relatively recent addition to the Kree, only making his debut back in 1993 in an Avengers comic written by Mark Waid. In it, he is a member of the Kree Lunatic Legion and fights with Captain America, but the First Avenger manages to overpower his opponent and send him packing.

In the comics, Char doesn't actually don a typical uniform. He's still blue, and is somewhat stronger than most other Kree, but he's made only a few brief appearances in the medium since his debut.

In The Film:

Bron-Char is played by Rune Temte in Captain Marvel, and is reimagined as a member of Starforce. Temte's larger frame manages to sell the MCU's Char as a strong figure, but there's nothing in the film that really indicates he is above his comrades in terms of ability.
