Letitia Wright's Shuri was, to many, the breakout star of Black Panther.
The sister of T'Challa, Wakanda's premier scientist has already been confirmed to be the smartest person in the MCU, and by the time Infinity War's second trailer dropped, fans were hoping that she'd be teaming up with fellow science whizz Peter Parker in no time.
Unfortunately, Infinity War didn't showcase a pairing of the two characters, with Spidey quite literally far from home on Titan with Doctor Strange and pals and Shuri heavily involved during the battle on Wakanda. That hasn't stopped fans from predicting a possible team-up in the future though, and with Shuri having recently launched the first Wakandan Outreach Center in Oakland, she could be the one to lead Wakanda elsewhere too.
We already know that Peter will be heading to London at some point. Have Shuri along too, and it'd be an adventure no one could miss.

In his current role, Ewan incorporates his love of cinema, comic books, and history into written pieces and video essays for WhatCulture's Film & TV channel, as well as WhatCulture Gaming and WhatCulture Horror, with a particular focus on nineties-era Dad Movies, old school Westerns, and Golden Age Hollywood Noir. John Carpenter is his fave, and he thinks Batman Beyond should never have been cancelled. If that's your vibe, you'll probably like his stuff.
