Why Brie Larson's All-Female MCU Movie Should Be About The Valkyries

Despite the fact that the Thor movies centred around a literal pantheon of gods, they featured a rather lacklustre amount of magic – instead focusing on the ‘technology so advanced it is indistinguishable from magic angle’. Nonetheless, there was till always an element of magic within those films.

This means that an outing that would also largely focus on the same pantheon would be able to draw on both the sci-fi and mystical arenas of the MCU. This is especially true considering that the idea of an all-female film includes recruiting all the major female heroes – meaning the ones that have science-based abilities as well as the ones that originate in the occult.

With the MCU being so dominated by science fiction, any diversity in genre would be more than welcome.
