With the sequel now in the publicity stages in most markets (not the UK though because of the RIDICULOUS decision to delay it to August for the World Cup), Kevin Feige has been turning the screw on fans by making sure they know how key Ant-Man and The Wasp are to Avengers 4:

"Ant-Man and The Wasp also directly connects to Avengers 4. These characters are going to be very important going forward."

We've already seen that Ant-Man might be one of the key heroes in Avengers 4 who "time travels" thanks to set leaks, but there's no sign of the Wasp, so it may be that she actually ends up being clicked out of existence herself too?

Anyway, if the MCU's Lord of Content is telling us how important the film is to Avengers 4, you'd better damn well believe him.
