Why Zack Snyder Was Fired From Justice League

2. He Had Too Much Control

When Warner Bros confirmed that they were essentially making Zack Snyder their Kevin Feige, they made a grave error. They made it almost impossible to make any movies that his identity was going to be all over - unless, like Wonder Woman, they were made consciously counter to it.

When his stock was high, that wasn't a problem, but as Batman v Superman's problems became clear, Warner Bros surely started to worry about their decision to hand the keys, the fuel and the operating computer of the car to someone who seemed intent on crashing it.

As soon as he mapped out his model for the DCEU with his films, he had to go.

Since then, they've reshuffled the makeup of the cabinet of the DCEU a number of times, but it was only the removal of Snyder that really mattered. As long as his vision was the one guiding the ship, the crew didn't matter.

He had to be removed to change things.
