Wolverine's 10 Greatest Movie Moments

6. A Brief History Of Wolverine €“ X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbFw8WmDStI It€™s no secret that Wolverine is one of the oldest mutants we€™ve met so far €“ even older than Professor X. In fact, due to his inherent healing factor and loss of memory, it€™s unclear quite how old he is. But X-Men Origins: Wolverine gave us a glimpse at some of his most historic moments. Setting the scene, the film opens to a touching moment between two young brothers€ who later turn out to be Wolverine and his nemesis, Sabretooth. The fact that they€™re related is a revelation which goes against the comic books, but this is soon eclipsed by the incredible montage of the two, fighting side-by-side through the American Civil War, World War I, World War II and even Vietnam. Although X-Men Origins is often thought of as an abomination, it did give us this impressive historical montage of everyone€™s favourite wise-cracking mutant - it€™s just a shame the rest of the movie wasn€™t this good.
