X-Men: 10 Major Plot Holes Days Of Future Past Created

9. How Did Wolverine Get His Adamantium Claws Back?

James Mangold's The Wolverine is generally considered an improvement over Gavin Hood's X-Men Origins: Wolverine (even if it did do to Silver Samurai what Origins did to Deadpool). Set after the events of the Last Stand, Wolverine travels to Japan to say goodbye to an old friend, only to lose his healing factor and end up on the run from the Yakuza. During the film's final battle scene, Wolverine gets his trademark adamantium claws chopped off by the Silver Samurai, but manages to regrow his original bone claws. The movie ends with a post credits scene where Wolverine is recruited by Magneto and the mysteriously still living Professor X. However in DOFP, Wolverine has his Adamantium claws back in the future scenes, as Kitty Pryde found out the hard way. It's highly unlikely that Wolverine would have volunteered for the Weapon X program again so we're forced to ask just how the hell he got those claws back?

As a wrestling fan I've flown across the Atlantic for the last five years specifically to attend WrestleMania (28 and 30) as well as TNA, ROH, Evolve, Chikara and most recently PWG. I may have a problem! But if you're reading my work then you probably love wrestling too, so lets focus on that!
