1. Rogue's Big 10 Minutes (But They Are Coming Back)
Without any doubt, the greatest unused sequence that every fan absolutely must see is the 10 minutes of material filmed for Anna Paquin's Rogue in Days Of Future Past. In the theatrical version, Wolverine accidentally stabs future-Kitty while he's phasing to the past, so a replacement with the same powers must be quickly found before she passes out from her injuries. Audiences then saw Rogue turn up at just the right moment to absorb Kitty's abilities and use them to keep Logan in the past long enough to complete his mission. What movie goers didn't get to see was Iceman and Magneto seeking out Rogue, who has been captured by the enemy. Before she can take over from Kitty, Rogue must first be rescued from a very secure enemy stronghold. Fans needn't despair, though. The entire sequence showing Magneto's heroic rescue and lots more of Rogue will be included on the 2015 "Rogue Cut" extended edition of the Days Of Future Past DVD.
