If production goes as planned, the rebooted Fantastic Four movie franchise should get its first release next year - a year prior to X-Men: Apocalypse. As such, the X-Men movies may already have been referenced in the Fantastic Four movie, but it would be cool to see the same thing acknowledged in reverse, as Apocalypse could himself be a connecting link to the group (you'll find out how a bit later in the list). Although Bryan Singer has stated that X-Men: Apocalypse will take place in the 1980s, something like the Baxter Building - in its original form as the high-rise industrial site of the Leland Baxter Paper Company - being seen in the background of a scene would be enough to satisfy fans who wanted to see a reference to the cosmic-powered superhero group.
