While he only appeared in Days Of Future Past, it would be great to see Bishop back in an X-Men movie at some point but we'll have to wait and see what the MCU might do with him now.

But he at least gets a little nod Dark Phoenix thanks to a background reference.

When the X-Men follow Jean Grey to her parents' house and she learns the truth about her father, there's a face-off outside on the street and we see a shot of Quicksilver sizing Jean up. Behind him is a truck with Bishop Power on the side, which is not a real company and clearly is a reference to the classic X-Men character.
