2. Ryan Reynolds - Deadpool

Yes, all THREE times.

It might not have started very well for Ryan Reynolds in the X-Men universe, but we have to really thank X-Men: Origins - Wolverine for proving to the world that we couldn't live without Reynolds as Wade Wilson. Even when the version of Wilson the film with was a mongrel bastardisation with deep apathy for every fan of the Deadpool comics, apparently.

We still got his obnoxious but irresistible charm though and he did swing a sword well. So by the time his labour of love paid off and he was allowed to make his own Deadpool movie, Reynolds really took to it. He applied every ounce of his disarming charm and made a repulsive, offensive character completely loveable. He's outrageous, hilarious and most surprisingly of all, he packs in the required heart when the script calls for more emotional impact.
