Zack Snyder's Justice League: All Characters Ranked Worst To Best

A welcome addition to the ensemble cast was Zheng Kai as Ryan Choi. Kai's performance as Choi utilises a lot of humour, adding lightheartedness in an otherwise dark film.

Both Choi and Silas Stone have been studying alien technology together at S.T.A.R. Labs, making Choi important to the plot. Ryan is also crucial in the lead up to the final act, as he introduces the electron laser that is used later by Silas to help the Justice League locate the Mother Boxes.

After Silas' death, Choi becomes the Director of Nanotechnology, thus setting up his role in the potential future instalments as the ATOM. While he may only be a supporting player in this film, Choi was a fun addition and it is unclear why WB decided to cut out his scenes from the theatrical cut. The character was destined for great things in the Snyderverse and hopefully fans will get to see those plans come to fruition.
