Zack Snyder's Justice League: All Characters Ranked Worst To Best

The mother of Diana and the leader of the Amazons, Queen Hippolyta was one of the most badass and fiercest characters in the film, led by a solid performance from Connie Nielsen. Hippolyta led the Amazons in battle against Steppenwolf and the Parademons as they tried to keep the Mother Box safe.

While she's an impressive fighter and is often found making the crucial decisions needed to benefit the greater good, seeing the character honour the fallen warriors also showcased how much she respects her fellow Amazonians and their sacrifices.

Hippolyta's role in the battle against Darkseid was also quite the spectacle, as seeing the Amazons battle side-by-side with many of Earth's greatest warriors was a truly jaw-dropping moment. Her role, while small, was one of the finest parts of the Amazonian scenes, however it would have been nice to see a reunion between Diana and her mother at some point in the film.
